• Dispatch and delivery times are two different things. We currently operate a 10 working day turn around to dispatch all orders. Once orders are dispatched there is then an additional delivery period. We use Royal Mail tracked delivery and most of the time your order will be received within two working days following dispatch. This will vary depending on your location, the time of year (busy seasonal periods may take longer) Our dispatch time will always be displayed on the website so make sure you check this before ordering.
