Orders

How do I place an order


Using the link on the home page, visit our shop and add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you are happy that you have selected everything, select Checkout. You will be guided how to pay for your purchase and will be reminded about how you will receive your goods.




What happens if my treats arrive damaged?


Please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace any damaged goods. Our mission is to ensure you have a great experience and return for more delicious treats.




What if my dog doesnt like the treats


We have full confidence in our treats and were sure your that dog will love them. However, we do appreciate that dogs are like humans and have each have their own different tastes. Please get in touch to let us know if you have any issues, as we are constantly introducing new flavours to our product range and always welcome feedback. We would recommend buying a sample bag, or small individual treat if you are trying a flavour for the first time and are unsure if your dog will like them as we can't offer refunds on used products that are not faulty.




Do you cater for different dietry needs (e.g. gluten free)?


We cater for a range of dietry needs such as gluten free, but if you are unsure if a product is suitable for your dogs specific needs, then please get in touch and we can advise on this. As is the case whenever you feed something new to your dog, seek veterninary advice first if you are unsure.




How long is delivery?


Dispatch and delivery times are two different things. We currently operate a 5 - 10 working day turn around to dispatch all orders. Once orders are dispatched there is then an additional delivery period. We use Royal Mail tracked delivery and most of the time your order will be received within two working days following dispatch. This will vary depending on your location, the time of year (busy seasonal periods may take longer) and other circumstances out of our control such as delays caused by COVID-19. Our dispatch time will always be displayed on the website so make sure you check this before ordering.




What age are your treats recommended for?


Our treats are recommended to only be fed to pups who are 12 weeks and over.

Can I unsubscribe to your mailing list?


In the event that you wish to unsubscribe, simply select the option at the end of any email and we will take you off the list.
