Orders

How do I place an order


Using the link on the home page, visit our shop and add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you are happy that you have selected everything, select Checkout. You will be guided how to pay for your purchase and will be reminded about how you will receive your goods.




How much do the products cost?


All products show the price along with nutritional details on each of the product pages. Postage is added to your order at the end.




What happens if my treats arrive damaged?


Please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace any damaged goods. Our mission is to ensure you have a great experience and return for more delicious treats.




What if my dog doesnt like the treats


Please contact us immediately - this has never happened - however we would apprecieate your feedback. We are constantly introducing new flavours to our product range. In any case we will arrange to compensate you.

Can I unsubscribe to your mailing list?
